Before you track
- Just ordered? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking will not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel.
- No tracking email? Check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it.
- Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early — and check with neighbours and your building. If it still has not turned up, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
How long delivery takes
Delivery within Australia takes 5–9 business days from the day you order. WA, NT, regional and remote areas can take a few days longer.
