Welcome to Greyson Lane. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of greysonlane.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have the legal right to use the payment method submitted.

2. Product Information

We do our best to accurately describe our products, including fabric composition, filling, measurements, care instructions, and the age range each item is intended for. Photographs are representative; small variations in colour, print placement and finish can occur between batches and between screens. Measurements are taken flat and may vary slightly by up to 1–2 cm.

Where a product is intended for supervised use only, that is stated on the product page. Please follow the guidance there and any instructions supplied with the item.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping from. We may change pricing, run promotions, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a clear pricing error is caught after an order is placed, we will contact you before charging and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel. Payment is captured at checkout through our payment processors.

4. Order Acceptance

An order is an offer to buy — it is not accepted until we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, address verification failures, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, costs, and supported regions are described in our Shipping Policy Risk of loss passes to the customer once a package is marked delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, the Greyson Lane name, product designs, and the overall look and feel — is owned by JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or availability; use automated tools (scrapers, bots, etc.) to harvest content or place orders; submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks; or impersonate any other person or Greyson Lane employee. We may suspend or block any user who violates these rules.

9. User Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a product review, photo, video, testimonial, or other content to us or to the Site, you grant JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and product purposes, with attribution where reasonable. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so, at our option.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties not specifically granted in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where JDR Ecom Fashion Group LLC is registered.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
