A hooded cloak that goes on over everything else, which is the point of it — no arms to feed through while a child is already in a coat and a car seat harness. It drops to 27.6 in from the shoulders, 39.4 in including the hood, and the hem runs 31.5 in wide.
The outer is combed pure cotton knit, the lining is a 3D textured minky dot fleece and there is spun cotton filling between the two, so it has real padding rather than being a single layer of jersey.
